MEET CJ

Your New Business Guide
CJ Eiban is the Founder of Talent Fund Select Partners, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in public accounting, executive search, and embedded recruiting. Based in Charlotte, NC, CJ began his career in public accounting after earning a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Virginia Tech, but quickly discovered a deeper calling in the world of talent.

Over the years, he worked with leading talent placement firms, helping high-growth companies and private equity-backed platforms build world-class Finance & Accounting teams from CFOs and Controllers to Senior Accountants and Analysts. His approach to recruiting is rooted in one belief: the right hire changes everything.

CJ is known for his sharp eye for talent, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to long-term partnerships. He doesn’t just fill roles he helps companies grow smarter and professionals land roles that truly fit. His model centers on focus, quality, and aligned incentives not volume for volume’s sake.

At Talent Fund, CJ set out to build something different: a firm that’s more selective, more accountable, and more human. One that prioritizes results over noise, and relationships over transactions.

When he’s not building teams, CJ enjoys Charlotte’s live music and food scene, working on projects in the yard, playing piano, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
